Dr. Patronella offers the option of a preliminary virtual consultation via Facetime or Zoom for those
patients who are out-of-town and those for whom an person consultation is not so easily accessible. The cost of a consultation is $150, and this is applied to your surgery if you decide to have it. You may view Dr. Patronella’s price list to get an idea of the cost of the procedures in which you are interested.
The purpose of Dr. Patronella’s online video conference will be to review a person’s concerns and goals and to provide possible options for treatment as well as cost in anticipation of a thorough in-office consultation and examination at a later date. Many of our patients choose to schedule surgery with Dr. Patronella after having a virtual consultation with him. We offer them the convenience of completing their preoperative paperwork during their in-office consultation with Dr. Patronella.
To schedule your online video conference, please complete the Virtual Consultation Questionnaire online where you can also upload your photos. If possible, a simple video taken with a smartphone which shows you turning slowly 360° is very helpful and can be uploaded with the photos. It is best to take photos in front of a plain background with good, even lighting to minimize shadows. View Photo Instructions. Sherri Roberts, Dr. Patronella’s virtual consultation coordinator, will contact you to schedule a virtual consultation with Dr. Patronella.
