As Dr. Patronella’s patient coordinator for almost 20 years, I have been privileged to gain invaluable experience and information from working with one of the nation’s best doctors in plastic surgery. I want patients to know that when they walk through our door, they will be in the best of hands before, during, and after their surgery.
While Dr. Patronella’s artistic talent and surgical skill are essential to the excellent aesthetic results he consistently achieves, his patients equally appreciate his honesty, integrity, and wonderful bedside manner.
My goal as Dr. Patronella’s patient coordinator is to help patients feel comfortable and at ease during their consultation and to provide them with assistance and guidance for all of their needs at every step of the surgical experience.
As a mother of four children, I understand the demands of balancing family and work commitments while also taking time to pursue the activities and goals that bring personal fulfillment. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is seeing the satisfaction on my patients’ faces when their dreams became a reality and hearing the positive impact this so often has on other areas of their lives such as their relationships and self-image.

As the communications director for Dr. Patronella’s group The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS), Sherri Roberts directs and manages marketing for Dr. Patronella, serving as his media liaison and overseeing his digital and print presence. In addition to managing his website and review profiles, Sherri produces ad content for Dr. Patronella and his group and edits their plastic surgery articles and presentations. Sherri’s essay submission to the MyFaceMyBody awards helped ACPS win the prestigious Best Aesthetic Practice in Texas award at the 2016 MyFaceMyBody awards in Beverly Hills, California.
In addition to writing and producing the ACPS newsletter, which is mailed to 20,000+ patients, Sherri’s sponsored plastic surgery articles have appeared in the Houston Chronicle newspaper, and she wrote and created The ACPS Advantage, a brochure that is mailed to everyone who schedules a consultation with an ACPS surgeon.
Sherri’s engaging work was spotlighted by Plastic Surgery Studios (PSS), a global digital marketing company for plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, and cosmetic dentists worldwide, in their website article, “6 Keys to Creating a Better Blog Post.”
My passion is people. Being able to walk alongside patients through their recovery process is an absolute joy for me.

On your initial visit to the practice, Eva Cadena, Dr. Patronella’s patient coordinator since 1995, will greet you and introduce you to his practice. Always engaging and informative, Eva will listen attentively to your concerns and specific goals while answering any questions you might have. Eva will share with you Dr. Patronella’s professional credentials, an extensive gallery of before and after images, offer computer imaging and prepare you for your visit with Dr. Patronella. Dr. Patronella’s aesthetic nurse specialist, Heidi Fell, RN, BSN, specializes in a variety of nonsurgical procedures to restore a younger appearance to the face, neck, and hands. Many of these treatments provide visible results quickly and require no downtime, while others work gradually to stimulate skin’s collagen for a softer, more youthful, lifted facial appearance.
As part of a comprehensive approach to providing his patients with attentive care throughout the entire surgical process, Dr. Patronella developed an “Added Touch” program of services which supports and speeds patients’ healing following surgery. Our patients appreciate the attention to detail and assistance Dr. Patronella and his caring staff provide to optimize their recovery.
Home Health Visit
A day or two following your surgery, we offer a private visit to your home by a certified medical professional through our home health care program. This exclusive service is provided to Dr. Patronella’s patients who are recovering in the Houston area. Your visiting healthcare professional will monitor your recovery, help change dressings, assist you with your medication, and provide updates regarding your recovery to Dr. Patronella.
This highly-skilled member of Dr. Patronella’s team has been specifically trained to address your recovery needs and educate your caregiver in the appropriate techniques for providing your care.
