After having breast augmentation with 525 cc implants years prior, this patient sought revision breast implant surgery and a breast lift with Dr. Patronella to attain the smaller, perkier breast appearance she desired. In addition, her breasts would fall to the side when she was lying down.
Dr. Patronella removed her implants and repaired the breast pockets and inframammary folds (breast crease) to better fit her new, smaller implants and improve their position. He performed this in conjunction with a breast lift to move her breasts into a more youthful position on her chest.
