36 yo dissatisfied with her results from previous breast augmentation and vertical breast lift procedures performed 1 year prior. She described rapid development of a “bottoming out” of her implants with lengthening of her scar soon after surgery. She was concerned that her lift failed to give her fullness in the upper breasts
Revision surgery was performed to correct the shape and appearance of her breasts.
Procedures:
1- Bilateral Inframammary fold repair reinforced with Galaflex (Absorbable) mesh to correct “bottoming out” and raising the fold 4 cm on each side
2- Superior (upper breast) capsule release to reposition implants to a higher position to enhance fullness of the upper breasts
3- Subpectoral Reaugmentation with Conversion to High profile 415 cc implants (greater projection and less width)
4- Revision Breast lift and scars
