This patient had excess scar tissue which tightened around her implants (capsular contracture), distorting their appearance. Dr. Patronella performed a breast lift, removed the scar tissue and replaced her 325 cc (left) and 350 cc (right) implants with 210 cc implants to give her the smaller, perkier breast appearance she desired. Because her left breast was a bit larger than her right, he removed tissue from the left side to create better symmetry.
