In addition to wanting larger breasts, this patient desired to shorten the gap between them and the tendency of her implants to fall sideways. To give her the look she desired, Dr. Patronella exchanged her 200 cc breast implants for 325 – 330 cc saline implants, and he repaired the inframammary fold as well as the implant pockets to improve the implants’ position and the shape of her breasts.
