After having a breast lift procedure, this patient desired added fullness in the upper pole of her breasts. Dr. Patronella performed liposuction of her flanks (waistline) and inner thighs, and transferred the fat to her breasts (200 cc of fat on each side) to give her the volume she desired without breast implants. In addition, he repaired the inframammary folds on both breasts to improve their shape.
