This patient wanted to stay the same breast size but desired to reduce the appearance of rippling that could be seen on the sides of her breasts following a previous breast augmentation procedure with saline implants. Dr. Patronella repaired her inframammary fold to make her breasts more symmetrical, and he replaced her saline implants with silicone implants which have a more natural feel and are less likely to produce rippling the rippling effect, particularly in patients who have a thinner build. She was pleased that her goals were achieved through revision breast surgery, giving her the more natural look she sought.
