This patient had a severe contracture (tightening) around her implants, causing the right one to rupture and elevate high on the chest. Corrective/revision breast surgery was performed to improve the appearance and feel of her implants. Removal of the capsule, replacement and more balanced positioning of her implants provided improved shape.
