This patient had moderate sagging and volume loss of the breasts following a 60-pound weight loss. She sought restoration of breast fullness while avoiding a lift. Dr. Patronella performed a dual plane 3 positioning of breast implants to allow for a subtle lift while also providing a balanced fullness of the upper and lower poles of the breasts. Slightly different implant sizes were required for each breast to improve asymmetry.
