Women make a tremendous sacrifice when they have children—a sacrifice that involves their body and their time. And oftentimes, after having children, the body isn’t the way it used to be. It can be very disheartening for a women to know what they had before and to see what they see now in the mirror. For me, it’s very rewarding to be able to restore what was once there—having a body in which she felt comfortable wearing a two-piece swimsuit.
In addition, many women—even if they don’t necessarily want the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition body—they want to feel comfortable with their kids at the neighborhood swimming pool so that they can get in a swimsuit and enjoy the pool. If they’re self-conscious about how they look, then it really interferes not just physically with their lives but but also psychologically and emotionally. So being able to restore that is a very rewarding experience for me. I enjoy it and feel very confident that I can make those kinds of changes for women.
