Implant position asymmetry occurred after previous breast augmentation. The breast crease (inframammary fold) dropped more than an inch, allowing the implant to drop too low. On the left, the implant failed to drop fully into the lower breast, causing the nipple to drop slightly below the center of the breast. Correction was performed, including:
- Repair of the right breast fold, elevating the position of the right implant.
- On the left, scar tissue was removed on the lower part of the breast, allowing the implant to drop and fill out the loose skin. In addition, the left areola was reduced in diameter to further improve symmetry.
