“My experience has taught me that when a person has a positive self-image, she/he is more engaged in the spectrum of daily activities related to work, parenting, and relationships. Because of the physical transformation they receive, my patients find more joy in putting on a swimsuit and going to the pool, they feel more confident about how they look in and out of clothes, and their relationships are often improved particularly their intimate relationships because they feel proud, whole and less inhibited.”

Ultherapy is the only treatment that can lift and tighten sagging skin by targeting the deep tissue layers beneath it…without cutting or disrupting the skin’s surface!
Ultherapy Frequently Asked Questions
Who is a good candidate for Ultherapy?
Individuals who are starting to notice that skin is looking more relaxed—typically those who are in their 30s and older—are good candidates. Sagging eyelid skin and a browline that has begun to descend are two common characteristics of aging skin. Ultherapy repairs skin that is mildly to moderately loose, providing a more uplifted, refreshed look to areas that include:
- Forehead and brows
- Mid-to-lower face and neck
Can Ultherapy replace a facelift?
Ultherapy provides an “uplift” to firm and tone skin, but it does not deliver the equivalent extensive lifting and firming that is accomplished through a facelift. However, for those who would like to improve loose, sagging skin, but wish to postpone or avoid surgery for various reasons, Ultherapy provides an alternative solution.
Why is collagen important to skin, and how does Ultherapy stimulate the creation of new collagen?
Collagen is a natural protein in the skin that gives it firmness and strength. As we age, our collagen begins to break down, which causes skin to sag and develop wrinkles. Ultherapy delivers heat beneath the surface of the skin. This action helps to jumpstart the collage renewal and rebuilding process, which ultimately results in skin that has a more toned and tightened appearance.
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients only need one treatment. Depending on the laxity of the skin and an individual’s own biological response to ultrasound and the collagen rebuilding process, some may find that an additional treatment is beneficial.
What does Ultratherapy feel like?
Patients may experience some temporary discomfort while the ultrasound energy is targeting the deep tissues. This is a positive indication that the collagen rebuilding process has begun.
Will I experience any side effects?
You may have slight redness for up to an hour or so, and a small percentage of patients may experience slight swelling, tingling, or tenderness to the touch, but these are mild and temporary effects. As with any procedure, the possibility of less common side effects could occur, which your provider will review with you.
Cost of Ulthera
Our Ultherapy prices generally range between $1600 and $4400. Each treatment is customized based upon an evaluation of your skin’s characteristics, the areas you desire to improve, and the number of treatment lines that are required.
