Dr. Patronella is skilled in several procedures to improve the appearance  of scars, including surgically realigning the scar along natural lines, narrowing the scar, or flattening the scar. The use of ultra-pulse laser technology safely improves the appearance of some scars, usually after a few sessions, and in most cases, without the use of anesthesia. Dr. Patronella also may recommend Dermabrasion, which is a procedure which lightly sands the skin to smooth out imperfections.
 

Fraxel SR1500

The Fraxel penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate collagen remodeling  and the growth of healthy, new cells to replace the  skin’s damaged outer layer.  This resurfacing  softens the appearance of surgical scars, acne scars, and stretch marks.
