Age Spots

Age spots that appear on the face and hands result from aging and overexposure to the sun and the environment. Ninety percent of facial aging is caused by sun damage and only ten percent occurs as a result of genetics.

With laser technology, lasers are used to resurface the skin, which in turn results in the growth of new skin cells and produces a smoother, tighter and more youthful appearance.

Recovery from laser surgery takes about three to five days, depending on the type of surgery and depth of the peel. After about two weeks, patients are able to wear makeup again and resume most normal activities.
